These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SocialPlatforms ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1. General / Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using SocialPlatforms, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Definitions
- Platform: Refers to the SocialPlatforms website (socialplatforms.org), including all its subdomains, pages, features, and associated services.
- User: Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
- Account: A registered user profile created on the Platform that enables access to purchasing and other features.
- Digital Product: Any digital account, credential, subscription, or digital asset listed for sale on the Platform.
- Boost Service: A promotional or enhancement service provided for social media accounts or digital profiles, subject to availability and third-party platform policies.
- Store Credit: A non-transferable balance added to a User's account on the Platform, which may be used toward future purchases.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features and make purchases on SocialPlatforms, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to the following:
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
- One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension or permanent banning of all associated accounts without refund.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. SocialPlatforms shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Products and Services
SocialPlatforms is a digital products marketplace. Please review the following carefully before making any purchase:
- Digital Accounts: All digital accounts sold on the Platform are provided on an "as-is" basis. Each digital account purchase includes a 48-hour warranty from the time of delivery. During this warranty period, we will replace any product that is found to be non-functional or not as described at the time of delivery.
- Boost Services: Boost services are subject to availability and depend on third-party social media platform policies. Delivery times, results, and effectiveness may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from boost services.
- Pricing: All prices on the Platform are listed in USD or cryptocurrency equivalents. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
- Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions for all products and services. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Platform are error-free, complete, or current.
5. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order on SocialPlatforms, you agree to the following terms regarding payment and delivery:
- Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept payments via Binance Pay and Cryptomus (cryptocurrency payments). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at our discretion.
- Instant Delivery: Most digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. In some cases, manual processing may be required, and delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation with details of your purchase. It is your responsibility to review the order details and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Currency and Conversion: Cryptocurrency payments are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. SocialPlatforms is not responsible for any fluctuations in cryptocurrency value before, during, or after the transaction.
6. Warranty and Refund Policy
SocialPlatforms offers a 48-hour replacement warranty on all digital product purchases. The warranty terms are as follows:
- If a digital product is found to be non-functional or materially different from its description within 48 hours of delivery, we will provide a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.
- To claim a warranty replacement, you must contact our support team through the ticket system within the 48-hour warranty period with evidence of the issue.
- The warranty does not cover issues arising from the User's own actions, such as changing account credentials, violating the third-party platform's terms, or sharing the product with others.

7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following prohibited purposes:
- Unauthorized Reselling: Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any products purchased from the Platform without explicit written authorization from SocialPlatforms is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal Activities: Using any accounts or products purchased from the Platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, harassment, spamming, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Automated Scraping: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated tools to access, extract, or collect data from the Platform without our express written permission.
- Platform Exploitation: Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass security measures, manipulate pricing, abuse promotional offers, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
- Impersonation: Impersonating SocialPlatforms staff, other users, or any third party while using the Platform.
- Chargebacks and Fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimately delivered products will result in permanent account suspension and may lead to legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, features, and functionality on the Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, user interface design, and the overall look and feel of the website—are the exclusive property of SocialPlatforms or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Third-Party Platform Actions: SocialPlatforms is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (such as social media networks) regarding accounts purchased through our Platform, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by those platforms after the 48-hour warranty period.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
- Indirect Damages: In no event shall SocialPlatforms be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to SocialPlatforms for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.
11. Modifications to Terms
SocialPlatforms reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will:

- Where required by law, notify registered users via email or account notification.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Turkey. By using the Platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to the following resolution process:
- Support Tickets: You must first attempt to resolve any dispute by submitting a support ticket through our Platform. Our support team will work in good faith to resolve your concern within a reasonable timeframe.
- Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through our support system within 30 days, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
- Legal Action: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts specified under the Governing Law section above.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the provision.
