48-Hour Replacement Warranty
All digital account purchases on SocialPlatforms come with a 48-hour replacement warranty starting from the moment of delivery. During this period, if the purchased account becomes inaccessible or has issues not caused by the buyer, we will provide a free replacement.
- The warranty period begins at the time of delivery, not the time of purchase.
- The warranty covers login issues, incorrect credentials, and account access problems.
- The warranty applies to all account categories including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, and all other platforms.
Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for a free replacement under our 48-hour warranty, the following conditions must be met:
- No credential changes: You must not have changed the account password, email, phone number, or any other login credentials.
- Timely reporting: The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery through our support ticket system.
- Account integrity: The account must not have been banned or restricted due to your own actions (posting prohibited content, spamming, violating platform terms of service, etc.).
- Original state: The account must remain in its original state as delivered. Significant modifications may void the warranty.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items and situations are not eligible for refund or replacement:
- Social media boost services: Followers, likes, views, and other engagement services cannot be refunded once the order has been started or completed.
- Used accounts: Accounts where the buyer has already changed credentials, posted content, or made significant modifications.
- Self-caused bans: Accounts banned due to the buyer's violations of platform terms of service.
- Expired warranty: Issues reported after the 48-hour warranty period has ended.
- Buyer's negligence: Account compromised due to sharing credentials with third parties or using unsecured networks.
Store Credit
When a direct replacement is not possible (e.g., the specific product is out of stock), the full purchase amount will be credited to your SocialPlatforms wallet as store credit. You can use this credit to purchase any other product on our platform at any time.
- Store credit does not expire.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Store credit can be used for any product or service on the platform.
Refund Process
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Create a support ticket: Navigate to the Support section and create a new ticket. Describe your issue in detail, including the order number and any relevant screenshots.
- Team review: Our support team will review your request, typically within 1-2 hours during business hours.
- Resolution: If your request is approved, you will receive either a replacement account or store credit, depending on availability.
- Confirmation: You will be notified via your account notifications and email when the resolution has been applied.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before delivery. Once the product has been delivered (account credentials provided), the order cannot be cancelled, but the 48-hour warranty applies. For boost/SMM services, cancellation is only possible before the order processing begins.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by creating a new support ticket with the subject "Dispute" and referencing your original ticket number. Our senior support team will review escalated cases within 24 hours.
